Age Requirement

By signing up for and using the RallyCat service, the member confirms that they are 14 years of age or older.

RallyCat does not allow children under the age of 14 to register as members. If a person under the age of 14 uses the RallyCat service or is found to have registered by providing false information regarding their age, the Company may restrict the use of the account or delete the account.

If a member under the age of 19 uses paid services, including paid payments, the purchase of Rally, or the use of Rally, consent from a legal guardian is required. If the legal guardian has not consented to such payment or use of paid services, the member or the legal guardian may request cancellation of the relevant contract in accordance with applicable laws.

Creator account conversion and revenue settlement are, in principle, available only to members who are 19 years of age or older. Members under the age of 19 may be allowed to engage in creator activities only in exceptional cases where they have completed the legal guardian consent process, additional review by the Company, and any other verification procedures required by the Company.
