Consent to Receive Marketing Information
NeonPocket Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) obtains consent to receive marketing information as described below in order to provide Members with marketing information related to the RallyCat service, including events, benefits, promotions, Creator recommendations, content recommendations, Rally benefits, and service news.
This consent is optional. Members may register for and use the basic RallyCat service even if they do not consent to receive marketing information.
Article 1. Purpose of Sending Marketing Information
The Company may send marketing information for the following purposes:
Information on events, promotions, and campaigns related to the RallyCat service
Information on benefits and coupons related to Rally purchase, recharge, and use
Information on Creator recommendations, newly joined Creators, popular Creators, and content
Information on benefits related to paid content, messages, chats, support features, and donation-like features
Personalized service, content, and Creator recommendations using Members’ interests, service usage records, content usage records, and Rally usage records
Information on new features, updates, and service improvements
Information on surveys, research, satisfaction surveys, and event participation
Information on services, benefits, and advertising information provided by the Company or its partners
Article 2. Information Used for Marketing
The Company may use the following information to provide marketing information:
Email address
Mobile phone number
App push token or device identifier
Nickname
Country and language settings
Service usage records
Content viewing and usage records
Creator browsing, following, messages, chats, support, and donation-like feature usage records
Rally purchase, recharge, and usage records
Event participation records and marketing consent history
The Company may use the above information within the scope of the Member’s consent to receive marketing information. Specific matters concerning the processing of personal information shall be governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Article 3. Methods of Sending Marketing Information
The Company may send marketing information through the following methods within the scope consented to by the Member:
App push notifications
Email
Text messages
Kakao AlimTalk or FriendTalk
In-service notifications
Pop-ups, banners, and in-app messages
Other electronic transmission media provided by the Company
When sending advertising information, the Company shall indicate that the information is advertising information and provide a method to unsubscribe in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 4. Optional Nature of Consent
Consent to receive marketing information is optional.
Members may register for and use the basic Service even if they do not consent to receive marketing information.
However, if a Member does not consent to receive marketing information, the Member may not receive advertising information related to events, coupons, promotions, Rally benefits, personalized recommendations, Creators, or content.
Article 5. Withdrawal of Consent
Members may withdraw their consent to receive marketing information at any time.
Members may withdraw consent through the following methods:
[Settings > Notification Settings] or [Settings > Marketing Consent] within the Service
Unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email
Unsubscribe method provided in a text message or notification
Customer center or inquiry function within the Service
If a Member withdraws consent, the Company shall stop sending marketing information without delay. However, it may take some time for the withdrawal to be reflected in the system, and information already sent before the withdrawal is processed may not be canceled or recalled.
Article 6. Distinction from Essential Notices
Even if a Member withdraws consent to receive marketing information, the following essential service notices may still be sent regardless of marketing consent:
Notices related to membership registration, login, and account management
Notices related to payment, Rally purchase, recharge, use, refund, and cancellation
Notices related to Paid Service usage history
Notices regarding changes to the Terms of Service, Operation Policy, or Privacy Policy
Notices related to security, account theft, and prevention of abuse
Notices related to reports, sanctions, objections, and customer support handling
Notices related to service failures, maintenance, suspension, or termination
Notices required under applicable laws
Article 7. Retention and Use Period
The Company uses information for sending marketing information from the date of the Member’s consent until the Member withdraws consent.
If a Member withdraws consent to receive marketing information or withdraws from membership, the Company shall stop using the information for marketing purposes.
However, information necessary for compliance with applicable laws and dispute response, including consent and withdrawal history and sending history, may be retained for the period prescribed by applicable laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
Article 8. Personalized Marketing Information
The Company may provide personalized marketing information to Members by using service usage records, content usage records, Creator browsing and interaction records, Rally purchase and usage records, country and language settings, and other related information.
Personalized marketing information may include the following:
Creator recommendations based on the Member’s interests
Content recommendations based on the Member’s usage records
Benefit information based on Rally purchase or usage patterns
Event or promotion information based on country, language, or service usage environment
Information on new features or service updates
Members may refuse to receive personalized marketing information by withdrawing consent to receive marketing information.
Article 9. Third-party Advertising and Partner Marketing
The Company may provide Members with information on events, benefits, promotions, and advertising information provided by the Company or its partners.
However, if the Company provides a Member’s personal information to a third party so that the third party may directly send marketing information, the Company shall separately notify the Member of the recipient, purpose of provision, items provided, and retention and use period, and obtain separate consent from the Member.
Article 10. Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal
Members have the right to refuse consent to receive marketing information.
Refusal to consent to receive marketing information does not restrict membership registration or basic use of the Service.
However, if a Member refuses consent, the Member may not receive marketing-related information, including events, coupons, promotions, personalized recommendations, and Rally benefits.
Article 11. Relationship with the Privacy Policy
Details concerning the processing of personal information not specified in this Consent shall be governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.
The Company’s Privacy Policy may be accessed through [Settings > Privacy Policy] within the Service or through any other route designated by the Company.
